It is illegal for a promoter or a participant in a trading scheme to persuade anyone to make a payment by promising benefits from getting others to join a scheme.Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.This online enrolment form is a contract by which you agree to enroll as an independent distributor with Nucerity (Europe) Limited (the “Company”), which is incorporated in Malta under registration number C59839 whose registered office is at Matilda Court, 2 Giuseppe Cali Street, Ta’ Xbiex, Malta XBX1423, www.nucerity.com, email: support@nucerity.com, a subsidiary of Nucerity International, Inc. The Company is the promoter of this trading scheme in the United Kingdom. The Company supplies skin care products through its United Kingdom & Ireland Compensation Plan (the “Compensation Plan”), which is descried in more detail in its United Kingdom & Ireland Code of Ethics and Policies and Procedures (the “Policies & Procedures”). Sales of these products are made by the Company's independent distributors who participate in the scheme as principals.

Your only financial obligation during the period of 12 months from the commencement date of your enrolment is to pay the one-time enrollment fee of USD 59.00. You have no further annual financial obligation and in particular you are free to choose whether or not to purchase any goods under this trading scheme. There are minimum personal volume requirements to remain as an “Active” distributor, which may be satisfied either by personal purchases or sales to Preferred Customers. These terms are set out in more detail in the Compensation Plan.You agree that the Company may retain and process your personal information including sensitive personal data given by me to the Company for purposes including the marketing, commissions payable and performance of the Company’s business. The Company may record this information manually and/or electronically and will be the data controller for this information. The Company will disclose and transfer your personal information to other members of the NuCerity group of companies which are situated outside of the European Economic Area in the United States of America and to other persons (including other distributors as part of the Company’s genealogies) for the purpose of the Company’s business. These persons and entities may be situated in countries that do not have laws to protect my information. Details of the companies and countries involved will be provided on request.
