BOSS PLS READ THIS >>>

We all know that an aggressive boss can make our lives miserable. But French scientists have discovered that not only can a bad boss destroy you at work he can ruin your personal life as well. Previously, Swedish researchers had established that people who were bullied by the bosses were at much higher risk of heart disease. Now scientists have established that people with the worst bosses take their problems home with them and end up rowing, or even fighting, with their partners. Employees said that the biggest difficulties came from managers who had unrealistic expectations or were constantly critical of the work that was done. Here is a quick checklist for those who find themselves in the most stressful situations.- Quit. This is the most extreme option and should not be done on the spur of the moment. But if you feel your physical and/or mental health is being undermined then leave. But there are a few steps you should consider before this drastic action.- Start practising yoga or meditation. Some people find this a great way to let go of stress. Or take up a hobby. Devoting time to something you really enjoy has a similar effect to meditation. And you never know, taking up a creative hobby like writing or painting might lead to a new career.- Within the workplace itself consider if moving to a different department would help. You will need to come up with a good reason like “you need a fresh challenge” and not “I can’t stand my boss.” - Try to reason with your boss. If you have an appraisal then this is an ideal opportunity. But you have to be constructive. Take the opportunity to talk about what extra value you can bring and how you can help your boss do better.- Talk to your HR department. You should only take this step if you are one step from quitting. If your boss has a good relationship with the HR team you will find yourself in conflict. - Find a new job. This is often the best option for those having a really bad time. Take your time, and when the right opportunity comes leap at it. Often a new environment makes all the difference

BEES NEED US NOW TO HELP US ...

Honeybees are responsible for one-third of our food supply, yet they are disappearing at a startling rate in a phenomenon known as Colony Collapse Disorder, or CCD The documentary “Vanishing of the Bees” takes a piercing investigative look at the economic, political and ecological implications of the worldwide disappearance of the honeybee, and it’s viewable here FREE, for a limited time CCD is most likely the result of a constellation of factors, one of the largest being the growing contamination of their hives with pesticides, especially the newer systemic pesticides, or neonicotinoids Bees appear to be suffering catastrophic effects after exposure to even low levels of certain pesticides, including inability to fight off infections, nervous system damage, disorientation and impaired navigation Bees are increasingly being raised “factory farm” style with artificial food, artificial insemination, and grossly unnatural hive conditions that further stress the colony, highlighting an urgent need to return to more natural beekeeping traditions. Since 2007, North American honey bees are literally disappearing without a trace. There are no massive dead bee bodies appearing in or around the hives—the bees are simply GONE, bewildering beekeepers and scientists alike. In fact, serious honey bee die-offs have been occurring around the world for the past decade. The U.S. and the U.K. both reported losing a third of their honey bees in 2010. Italy lost half of theirs. The die-offs have spread to China and India, in addition to many other countries. Environmental scientists are concerned that CCD reflects a far more serious problem than pollination—that it's an ominous sign of severe environmental crisis. Bees provide pollination for crops, orchards and flowers, and make honey and wax for cosmetics, food and medicine. One of every three bites of food you eat depends on the honey bee. They pollinate at least 130 different crops in the U.S. alone, including fruits, vegetables and tree nuts. Without honey bees, farmers would have to resort to pollinating their crops by hand. According to a recent British report, replacing the pollination of food crops that bees do for free with hand pollination would cost the UK £1.8 billion per year.

Most milk no longer comes from cows happily grazing in lush, green fields in the open air, as their advertisements commonly suggest.

WATTA WATTA

If an important decision looms but your mind is consumed with the fear that you’ve lost your wallet, better save decision making for later. Multiple studies show that stress significantly affects decision making. What’s more, men and women react differently to stress. A 2009 study by Lighthall et al. from the Unversity of Southern California gives a good overview of how sex differences manifest. Researchers had 45 subjects play a balloon game that was really a risk-reward evaluation in disguise: the goal was to win the most money by pumping the balloon. But as the balloon’s value grew, so too did the risk of it popping. Males and females performed similarly in unstressed scenarios, but when they played after a stressful situation (having their hands dunked in cold water), results shifted. Males responded to stress by taking more risks (12.5% more balloon pumps), while stressed females took fewer risks (21% fewer pumps) It is also worthy to note "When you implement intermittent fasting you put your body into a strong catabolic state. Your body is literally eating up and destroying damaged and injured brain and muscle cells. You rapidly accelerate this process when you exercise in this state. It's this very powerful synergy that will allow you to effectively rejuvenate your muscle and brain. This is the radical new approach that very few know about and even fewer have implemented...

Genetically Engineered Foods ..... avoid and live

In Germany, massive resistance to genetically engineered (GE) foods, both among politicians and the general public, has caused chemical giant BASF to move its genetically modified plant science headquarters from Germany to Raleigh, North Carolina In the United States, the vast majority of all corn, soy, canola and cottonseed grown are genetically engineered, which means virtually every processed food you encounter at your local supermarket that does not bear the "100% USDA Organic" label is likely to contain at least one GE component Last year, Mexico denied Monsanto’s request to expand a pilot planting project in the northern part of the country for fear that the genetically modified variety might cross-contaminate with other native species, and Hungary destroyed nearly 1,000 acres of maize found to be contaminated with GE seeds, to prevent cross-contamination to other fields BASF withdrawing their biotech division from Germany is a perfect illustration of the power of public opinion, and why we must insist on labeling of genetically engineered foods in the US in order to regain control over our food supply. As long as millions of people are in the dark about what they’re eating, the biotech industry can continue to destroy the food supply of the US
